Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 Sriracha tbspns
  • 5 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 2 tbspns rice wine vinegar
  • Lime wedges to serve
  • 1 1/2 tbspns low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbspn freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 6 boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 tbspn cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sliced ??green onions (to serve)
  • Sesame seeds to serve
Instructions
  1. Use a shallow bowl, mix sriracha, garlic, rice wine vinegar, honey, soy sauce and lime, mix until evenly distributed, then take 4 spoonfuls of marinade seasoning from the bowl, then leave for use as a sauce.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and chicken marinade for 30 minutes - 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. After that, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, use medium heat.
  4. Grilled chicken on both sides together with the remaining sauce in the bowl until cooked.
