Honey Chicken Shriracha Recipe
What ingredients are needed to make this dish? First, you need honey, sriracha, garlic, rice wine vinegar, low sodium soy sauce, lime juice, chicken thighs, oil, salt and pepper, sesame seeds, and lime wedges. If you want a more spicy taste, of course you can add more sriracha and paprika on top.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 Sriracha tbspns
- 5 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 2 tbspns rice wine vinegar
- Lime wedges to serve
- 1 1/2 tbspns low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbspn freshly squeezed lime juice
- 6 boneless chicken thighs
- 1 tbspn cooking oil
- Salt and pepper
- Sliced ??green onions (to serve)
- Sesame seeds to serve
- Use a shallow bowl, mix sriracha, garlic, rice wine vinegar, honey, soy sauce and lime, mix until evenly distributed, then take 4 spoonfuls of marinade seasoning from the bowl, then leave for use as a sauce.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chicken marinade for 30 minutes - 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- After that, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, use medium heat.
- Grilled chicken on both sides together with the remaining sauce in the bowl until cooked.
- Next, transfer the chicken to a plate, then cover with aluminum foil, let it rest for 5 minutes.
