Ingredients

  • 3 tbspns soy sauce
  • 1 tbspns sesame oil
  • 1/2 tspn ginger powder
  • 1/2 tspn white pepper
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots (peeled)
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tbspns olive oil
  • 1 pound medium shrimp (peeled)
  • Kosher salt
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
Instructions
  1. First, use a small bowl, shake the soy sauce, ginger powder, white pepper and sesame oil, then set aside.
  2. Next, use a large skillet, use medium heat, heat the olive oil, add the shrimp, cook for 2-3 minutes, then season with pepper and salt, then set aside.
  3. Add the garlic and onions to the pan, cook, then stir as often as possible for 3-4 minutes, stir the carrots, peas, corn, cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Add rice, green onions, and soy sauce mixture, keep stirring for 2-3 minutes, then add the shrimp.
  5. Transfer to a plate, serve on the table.
