  • 12 oz cooked edamame
  • 1 can black beans (drained)
  • 1 can garbanzo beans (drained)
  • 1 15 oz corn (drained)
  • 1/2 cup yellow popper (diced)
  • 1/2 tspn salt
  • 1/2 orange bell pepper (diced)
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup of lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tspn cumin
Instructions
  1. Use a bowl, mix all ingredients, such as corn, beans, onions, peppers and cilantro.
  2. Next, use a small bowl, mix juice, cumin, oil, salt and garlic, stir with a whisk, pour the beans and stir, if desired, put it in the refrigerator before serving it on the table.
