- 1 lb of raw shrimp
- 4.5 oz yellow bell pepper

- 2 tablespoon chives (minced)
- 1/2 tablespoon tuscan herb seasoning
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
- Sauce
- Saved juice from veggie mixture
- 3 garlic cloves (pressed)
- 2 teaspoon Tuscan seasoning
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon chives (minced)
- Use a food processor, cut the paprika and put it in a food processor, then add the onion and garlic, puree.
- After that, transfer the vegetable mixture to a fine sieve, store the juice in a small bowl, press several times to remove all the juice, then set aside.
- Place the shrimp in a food processor, chop until smooth, then transfer to a bowl with chopped vegetables.
- Add eggs, breadcrumbs, seasonings, mayo, salt, chopped scallions and lemon zest.
- Mix everything well, after that, heat the pan, use medium heat, add some canola oil to cook the meatballs.
- Form the meatball mixture into balls, cook for 7 minutes, after the meatballs are finished, add the garlic that has been pressed, let it burn for a few seconds.
- Next, add white wine and simmer for 1 minute.
- Add butter, vegetable juice and seasonings, seasoning with salt.
- After the butter has melted, shake the pan to mix the sauce ingredients well, then cover and cook for a few minutes.
- Sprinkle with some chives, serve on the table.
