Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breasts (boneless skinless)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 tspn garlic powder
  • 16 6-inch flour tortillas
  • 4 ounces of green chiles (diced)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tspn salt
  • 1 tspn cumin
  • 1 tspn chile powder
  • for cilantro lime sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • juice of 1 lime (1 tbspn)
  • 1-2 jalapenos (seeded and diced)
  • 1 bunch cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 tspn garlic powder
  • 1/4 tspn salt
Instructions
  1. To make a sauce, combine all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth, then chill until ready to use.
  2. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees, spread the pan.
  3. Use a high pressure pan, combine water, chicken, cream cheese, cumin, green chili, garlic powder, chili powder and salt.
  4. After that, close and slide into the seal position, make sure the valve is sealed and adjusted to the manual, then the pressure cook is high for 8 minutes.
  5. Realease quickly by turning the valve to the ventilation position, then remove the lid and cut the chicken using a fork.
  6. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla, then roll and place it on a baking sheet.
