Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breasts (boneless skinless)
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 tspn garlic powder
- 16 6-inch flour tortillas
- 4 ounces of green chiles (diced)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tspn salt
- 1 tspn cumin
- 1 tspn chile powder
- for cilantro lime sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- juice of 1 lime (1 tbspn)
- 1-2 jalapenos (seeded and diced)
- 1 bunch cilantro leaves
- 1/2 tspn garlic powder
- 1/4 tspn salt
- To make a sauce, combine all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth, then chill until ready to use.
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees, spread the pan.
- Use a high pressure pan, combine water, chicken, cream cheese, cumin, green chili, garlic powder, chili powder and salt.
- After that, close and slide into the seal position, make sure the valve is sealed and adjusted to the manual, then the pressure cook is high for 8 minutes.
- Realease quickly by turning the valve to the ventilation position, then remove the lid and cut the chicken using a fork.
- Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla, then roll and place it on a baking sheet.
