Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 tspn kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced Spanish chorizo
  • 1 extra sharp cheddar slice
  • 1/8 tspn black pepper
  • 1 tspn olive oil

Instructions
