Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 tspn kosher salt
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced Spanish chorizo
- 1 extra sharp cheddar slice
- 1/8 tspn black pepper
- 1 tspn olive oil
- 1/4 cup sliced ??onions
- Use a small bowl, beat the eggs, pepper and salt, then set aside.
