Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 yellow onion (diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (diced)
  • 1/2 red / yellow bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 teaspoon korean chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoon green onions (sliced) for garnishes
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 4 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1/4 cup of teriyaki coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Use a large skillet, and medium heat, heat the oil.
  2. Next, enter the turkey ground and cook until cooked.
  3. When the turkey is ripe, add garlic, onions, and paprika.
  4. Cook until the vegetables are tender for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Seasoning with salt and coconut aminos until evenly distributed.
