- 8 ounces of pasta
- 1 tbspn olive oil
- 1 pound ground beef

- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 6 ounces shredded cheddar cheese (1 1/2 cups)
- 1 1/2 tspns Italian seasoning
- 2 tbspns all-purpose flour
- 2 cups beef stock
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- Kosher salt
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- Use a large saucepan of boiling salted water, then cook the paste according to the package instructions, then drain.
- Next, use a large skillet, and use medium heat, heat the olive oil, add ground beef, cook for 3-5 minutes, make sure to crush it, then set aside.
- Add the onions to the pan, cook for 2-3 minutes, stir the garlic and the Italian seasoning for 1 minute.
